Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern access to and use of the CortoCasa website (cortocasa.com) and application (app.cortocasa.com) (together, the “Service”), operated by Teleport Dynamix SL, a company incorporated in Spain (NIF B21782743) with registered office at Plaza Sant Felip Neri núm. 2, Pta. 5, 46021 València, Spain, which develops and owns CortoCasa (“CortoCasa”, “we”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. The Service

CortoCasa provides operations software for short-term rental teams — including bookings, key handovers, cleaning tickets, cash reconciliation, guest kits and messaging tools. Features may change over time. The Service is an operations layer and is not a channel manager, payment institution, or full-service property manager.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for your team members’ use.
  • You must be legally able to enter into these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: break the law; upload data you have no right to process; infringe others’ rights; attempt to breach security or access other tenants’ data; reverse engineer or resell the Service without permission; or use it to send unlawful or unsolicited messages. You are responsible for the content you enter, including guest data.

5. Data protection and roles

For personal data you enter about your guests, properties and staff, you are the data controller and CortoCasa is the processor, processing on your documented instructions under our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the data you collect (including identity documents) and for informing your guests. Our handling of your own account data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Plans, billing and free tier

  • Paid plans (currently Pro and Business) are billed in advance on a recurring basis; a Free plan is available with limits.
  • Fees are stated at sign-up and may change with prior notice; changes do not affect the current paid period.
  • Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Taxes may apply depending on your location.

7. Customer data ownership

You retain all rights to the data you put into the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide and secure the Service. On termination you may export your data; we then delete or return it in line with the DPA and Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

CortoCasa and its software, brand and content are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; no other rights are granted.

9. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (e.g. WhatsApp, payment and AI providers). Their terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of material adverse changes where practicable.

11. Warranties and disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties. You are responsible for how you run your business and for legal compliance in your jurisdiction (including tax, guest registration and cash handling).

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CortoCasa is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the [12] months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law. 13. Termination

You may stop using and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or unlawful use, with notice where reasonable. Sections that by nature should survive (e.g. IP, liability, data) survive termination.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and disputes are subject to the courts of València, Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections and any non-waivable rights under the law of your country of residence.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes via the Service or email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
